Avenda Health has a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in place with AWS outlining proper safeguards of sensitive data. Data is secured through secured networking, encryption, and best security practices.
- Avenda Health will store your personal data while you have an active Avenda Health account or utilize Avenda Health services. Once your data is no longer monitored or utilized by Avenda Health, we will delete your personal data and remove this data from our systems.

- Avenda Health is based in the state of California in the United States. The information processes and transmitted to you through Services are subject to United States laws.
